This landmark exhibition in Hong Kong brings together 106 selected paintings and cultural relics from four prestigious institutions:the Palace Museum (Beijing), the Art Institute of Chicago, the Palace of Versailles, and the Hong Kong Museum of Art.

Structured around Creating Gardens, Strolling Gardens, and Appreciating Gardens, the exhibition takes visitors through the magnificent gardens of Emperor Qianlong, King Louis XIV and other royalty, as well as the poetic landscapes depicted by masters including Monet, Zhang Daqian and Wen Zhengming, showcasing diverse garden aesthetics and profound cultural meanings.
